Start by sitting tall in your chair, feet flat.
Feel air pass through your nose, in and out

Abdomen expands on inhale, contracts on exhale

Relax your face, neck and shoulders

Long Exhale: 4 In, 6 Out - 2 Pause
Most people breathe too much, on average twelve to fifteen cycles per minute. A long exhalation is one technique that slows the cycle to a healthier range of four to ten.
