BreatheAware for Pain is a 12 level, 84 lesson program for reducing or eliminating pain. You will systematically learn science-based techniques that can change how you feel. This will include a variety of practical, but easy techniques that can be used to neutralize, minimize or even eliminate your pain. You will also gain important knowledge and understanding of pain and the factors which can trigger or affect it.
The program is designed to build knowledge and proficiency step-by-step, starting simply and getting more advanced in each level. It is designed as an athletic-styled program, periodized to make systematic progress each day. The program utilizes a variety of methods and techniques that have been demonstrated to affect pain including mindfulness training, imagery, cognitive behavior techniques, body scanning, and mindful movement.
Each day. Breatheaware Pain delivers a new lesson, so you stay focused on the daily habit creation and education necessary for long-term progress. After completing it, the lesson is added to your library so you can repeat lessons as many times a desired for optimal learning.
BreatheAware included automated notifications to remind you to train via SMS text and/or email. Go to your settings to configure your account.
BreatheAware programs are available anytime, anywhere, via any internet-connected device with a browser.
