Details

BreatheAware's Starter program offers a free, on-demand library of exercises and education. Users will learn about the uses of breathing, body alignment, light movement and mindfulness practices, and practice core skills that they can immediately put to work in their day-to-day life.

The 8 lesson program introduces balanced, long exhale and box breathing patterns, mindful movement exercises, and seated and standing postures. You'll also review the basics of mindfulness, and look at how to apply what you're learning in daily life.

What's best is that these lessons introduce you to the BreatheAware training methodology, and prepare you for more advanced, clinical or lifestyle programs you may take.

BreatheAware's Starter also includes automated notifications to remind you to train, once or twice each day via SMS text and/or email. Go to your settings to configure your account.
